Front-Line Team Leader & Supervisor Program

One-day Team Leaders Workshop
This will teach your leaders the fundamental skills they need to effectively engage with, direct and oversee their team members and their work and create a team environment where excellence is the only acceptable standard. Online Support Forum
Alumni of any of our training programs have access to a forum where they can post issues that they need assistance with urgently. Our team of mentors monitor the forum and will respond within 24 hours.
Middle Management Program
Middle managers - those leading a department or business unit - face a unique set of challenges in converting senior leadership's strategy into action. They must deal with ambiguity and inter-departmental conflict whilst also directing the activities of a large group of people with whom they have no direct contact. Communication skills, planning and delegation skills are crucial and yet so often overlooked. With plenty of hands-on practical sessions, attendees will be fully engaged throughout and each will leave with a personal action plan to take their leadership skills to the next level and beyond.
